Information you choose to submit

JB’s Home Solutions LLC may collect contact details, property address, project interests, utility context, preferred appointment times, referral information, chat messages, and photos you submit through quote forms, audit requests, the Bill Scanner, or Roof & Solar Scan tools.

How information is used

We use submitted information to respond to requests, prepare preliminary planning reports, route leads to the JB team, coordinate appropriate providers, discuss project scope, and follow up about requested services. A professional reviews planning information before it is treated as a proposal, quote, engineering conclusion, or installation plan.

Bill Scanner and uploaded photos

Bill photos are used to extract visible utility context for a preliminary estimate. Do not upload passwords, payment credentials, Social Security numbers, full account numbers, or other sensitive information. We may store the submitted image securely so the JB team can review the lead and report.

Billing and subscriptions

Subscription checkout and customer billing management are handled through Stripe. JB’s Home Solutions does not store full card numbers, security codes, or other raw payment credentials in the app. Stripe may provide billing status and customer-portal functionality so subscribers can update payment methods or cancel according to the applicable subscription terms.

Sharing and service providers

We may share information with trusted technology, email, storage, payment, contractor, and service-provider partners when necessary to operate the requested feature or coordinate the requested project. We do not sell submitted contact information.

Retention and choices

We retain information as reasonably needed to respond to requests, maintain lead and report history, provide subscription features, protect the service, and meet operational or legal needs. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your request by contacting us.
